Your alarm wakes you. Its 5:20am and the guy on the radio is telling you the differences of big-screen t.v. sets. Plasma. LCD. 720i vs. 1080p. HD-DVD or Blu-Ray. Cool. Now you are ready to go look at them this weekend and not be too overwhelmed.

A news update. A forecast. Then, Willie & Jay are talking about what happened overnight. Wow, that's a little surprising. Wonder what the guys at work will say about that? A quick shower. A bowl of cereal. Then into the rush hour shuffle. A fresh traffic report and forecast every 15 minutes, then it is Patrick Reusse at 6:45. Too many snooze buttons, or traffic is really bad, you can hear Reusse at 7:45, too.

In between the news, traffic and forecasts, Willie & Jay interview some newsmakers, talk to people on the scene, tell you the stories that you'll need for the day, take some calls and through it all, laugh with each other. Or, are they laughing at each other? Either way, it gets you to the office with the info you need to start your day and the knowledge that there are a couple guys on the radio also working to find the humor in life's struggles.

Willie Clark. Jay Kolls. Kenny Olson with Traffic every 15 minutes. News updates with Bob Berglund. Live updates from the 5 Eyewitness News Weather Center. Weekday mornings 5:30am-9am.
