Sausage Cheeseballs
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of Jimmy Dean Sausage uncooked.
- 1 ½ cups of Bisquick
- 16 oz of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2/ cup finely chopped celery
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix ingredients in large bowl.
form into 1 inch balls.
Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
Makes about 6 dozen.
To serve: keep 'em warm in crockpot.
Stick with toothpicks for eating.
