Mini Pizza Appetizers
A fast and easy appetizer that I whipped up for some unexpected guests. My kids loved 'em and so did our company.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Larzaroni Bruschettes
(olive, red pepper or regular variety - your choice)
- 1 package of mozzarella cheese
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
Directions:
Place chips on cookie sheet. Spread cheese over crackers. Place pepperoni on each chip. Bake or broil until cheese melts (about 2-4 minutes).
Enjoy hot - reheat if needed.
