Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 10 inch tortillas (an 8 pack will do fine)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz black olives
  • 4 oz minced green olives
  • 2 cups finely shredded cheddar
  • 1 small chopped onion

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Add Garlic and salt to taste.

Spread mixture thinly on tortillas.

Roll tortillas very tightly, then roll them in saran wrap. Place wrapped tortillas in refrigerator for 3+ hours.

Slice tortillas with a sharp knife.

Optional:

Use the spinach or sun dried tomato variety of tortillas.

Add slices of thin lunch meat.
