Hells Angels bikers acquitted of attempted murder

Two Hells Angels bikers have been acquitted of attempted murder in a gunfight during the Sturgis motorcycle rally.

Chad Wilson of San Diego and John Midmore of Indiana were found not guilty Thursday of five counts of attempted murder.

Prosecutors still plan to try the men on a charge of conspiracy in the 2006 melee at Custer State Park in South Dakota.

Prosecutors say Wilson and Midmore went to where the Outlaws bikers were camped for the rally and opened fire. Three bikers and two women were injured.

The defense says Wilson fired in self-defense.
