With goaltender Josh Harding on the mend, the Minnesota Wild have sent Nolan Schaefer back down to Houston.
Schaefer was recalled on an emergency basis on Tuesday when Harding suffered an undisclosed injury. He did not play in the game against Pittsburgh that night and was sent back down on Thursday with Harding feeling better.
Schaefer is 5-5 with a 2.36 goals-against average for the Aeros this season.
