I am on my way back to Minneapolis for tonight's show from 5:30-6.  

We have another Twins game tonight as they take on the Reds. Carlos Silva (aka Mr. 5 starter) takes the hill.  He needs to hug Gardy who's going with him in the rotation over Matt Garza.  

For those of you that are Garza fans...do not worry!  If Silva, Ortiz, or Ponson struggle over the first three weeks of the season, Matt will be the first call up.  The over/under on Garza being with the team is May 1st.

As I wrap up my first season of covering the Twins in spring training, I want to say that all of the guys in the clubhouse have been accomodating.  I'm not looking to be their pal (other media members might), but having guys that will work with you makes such a big difference.

As for the shows this week... I will be giving away a 4 pack of tickets to a Twins game next week at 5:45 on Thursday. And since you are reading my blog, you have a big advantage. When I give you the cue to call, I will ask you to tell me who was my "Twin of the Week".  Well here's my answer:  Sidney Ponson. (just because he's been a very pleasant surprise and had a good start in his last spring outing) On Friday, we'll play Match Game '07 at 6:35 followed by a "Friday with Souhan" from 7-8.  Jim will join us from Ft. Myers.
