The press box is much roomier for the Blue Jays than it was for the Red Sox.

Frankly...I am bored with the game between the Twins and Blue Jays. No energy from the crowd, the players, and even the cranky press box is subdued. So I am going to give you a list of why's relating to the Twins and this game that's been created by other bored members of the media.
1) Why do fans insist on bringing a beach ball to the game only to have it taken away by security within 5 minutes?---from me
2) Why does no one call the Twins-Blue Jays series the "Border Battle?" (Ontario vs Minnesota)---from an anonymous member of the media, not me
3) Why do fans try to make "Let's go Twins" a 4 syllable chant when there is only 3 syllables in the phrase---from a bitter and anonymous member of the media, not me...I've never really noticed.
4) Why is TC a bear?
5) Why does the "wave" still exist at some ballparks?---from me. I don't think it's done here very much.
6) Why do some umpires have a subdued strike call while others scream strike like there's a fire?
Here is the show schedule for the rest of the week.
Wednesday: Show from 5:30-6:40 from the DQ Talk Box leading into Blue Jays-Twins. Go to our contest page to play in tonight's St. Paul Eye Clinic "Good Eye" contest.
Thursday: Full show from 5:30-8:00. We'll be giving away (2) 4 packs of tickets to next Thursday's Twins-Rangers game at 12:10. The Wolves' Fred Hoiberg joins me at 6:35. Jim Souhan is in from 7-8.
Friday: Show from 5:30-7:30 before Twins-Rockies at 8. Author John Feinstein has a baseball book that we'll discuss plus the spring return of the "Match Game" at 7:20 for prizes.
Saturday: It's my "Extra" show from 4:00-6:30.
